We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund under eligible conditions.

- The product file is corrupted or not working
- You received the wrong or incomplete file
- The product is not accessible after purchase
- There is a verified technical issue from our side
Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds cannot be issued for change of mind or incorrect expectations after download.

⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately after purchase. If you face any issue such as:
- broken file
- missing content
- incorrect product
Contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or misunderstanding of product
- Incorrect expectations after download
- Customer error (wrong email or device issue)
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products.
If there is an issue, we will either:
- fix the file, or
- replace it with a working version
💳 Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank dependent)
