We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund under eligible conditions.


📦 Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • The product file is corrupted or not working
  • You received the wrong or incomplete file
  • The product is not accessible after purchase
  • There is a verified technical issue from our side

Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds cannot be issued for change of mind or incorrect expectations after download.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after purchase. If you face any issue such as:

  • broken file
  • missing content
  • incorrect product

Contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.


❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage or misunderstanding of product
  • Incorrect expectations after download
  • Customer error (wrong email or device issue)

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products.
If there is an issue, we will either:

  • fix the file, or
  • replace it with a working version

💳 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank dependent)
